Unnity, a growing digital marketing agency, is looking for confident and communicative women (30+) to join our team as Telecallers, working from home. This role is ideal for women looking to restart their careers, balance work with family responsibilities, or find flexible part-time employment without compromising on professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients/leads to explain Unnity's services
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects
- Understand client requirements and share qualified leads with the sales team
- Maintain accurate call logs and update records daily in Excel/Google Sheets
- Handle basic client queries professionally over calls and WhatsApp
Requirements
- Women aged 30 years and above
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred (freshers with strong communication may also apply)
- Basic knowledge of smartphone, WhatsApp, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Own smartphone and stable internet connection required
- Candidates based in Delhi/NCR preferred

Education: 12th Pass or above (Graduate preferred)
