PurposeThe Manager of Tender Operations & Corporate Administration in the healthcare sector will take end-to-end ownership of the Business-to-Government (B2G) procurement lifecycle, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day facility operations. This role demands a highly versatile professional capable of aggressively managing government e-procurement portals and CDSCO compliance, while simultaneously overseeing internal administrative workflows, vendor management, and international corporate logistics.Core Responsibilities & Deliverables1. End-to-End Tender & GeM Portal Management
GeM & E-Procurement Mastery: Take complete ownership of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and other central/state public procurement portals (e.g., CPPP). Manage vendor registration, OEM panel configuration, catalog management, and product listings.
Pre-Tender Execution: Actively track government healthcare procurement opportunities. Manage the end-to-end bidding process including technical specification mapping, document compilation, financial bid structuring, and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) processing.Post-Tender &
- Payment Realization: Handle post-bid clarifications, technical evaluations, and Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG). Serve as the corporate signatory to draft and negotiate government agreements. Track the complete work-order lifecycle from installation certification to the final materialization of payments from government accounts.2.
