<p>🚀 <strong>Training Operations Manager – US Travel Process</strong> 🚀</p><p>📍 <strong>Location:</strong> Jaipur</p><p>✨ <strong>Working days:</strong> 5 Days working</p><p>🕒 <strong>Shift:</strong> Rotational Shifts || Rotational Offs</p><p>💼 <strong>Experience:</strong> <strong>6–8 years</strong> in the BPO industry, with <strong>3+ years</strong> managing Training for <strong>US Travel process.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Lead the Training Lifecycle:</strong> Drive New Hire Training (NHT), nesting conversions, and speed-to-proficiency.</li><li><strong>Be the Domain Expert:</strong> Leverage deep expertise in US travel processes, OTAs, and GDS platforms (Sabre/Amadeus/Apollo).</li><li><strong>Drive Metrics:</strong> Own key KPIs like First-Time Quality (FTQ), CSAT, and nesting attrition hand-in-hand with Operations.</li></ul>
