Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle guest reservations and travel-related queries professionally
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with luxury hospitality standards
- Assist guests with bookings, modifications, and special requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experience
- Maintain accurate reservation records and guest details
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- 19 -24 years.
- Applicants who will be completing or have completed their graduation from a recognised University in any stream.
- Final year students will need to provide their completed graduation certificate within 6 months.
- Full-time graduation is preferred.
- Applicants must be comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Applicants must be certified as medically fit by the Company doctor at the time of joining.
- Cab pick-up and drop facility within 35 km of Oberoi Contact Centre. Faridabad, Gurgaon and remote areas of Noida are excluded.
