Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 3–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day retail pharmacy operations and manage the store team.
- Drive sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, regulatory compliance, and store SOPs.
- Ensure seamless omnichannel order fulfillment and maintain high service standards.
- Experience in Retail Pharmacy, Healthcare Retail, or Chain Pharmacy.
- Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, retail operations, and sales.
- Valid Uttar Pradesh State Pharmacy Council Registration (Mandatory).
