URGENT HIRING UPSC Student Relationship Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Explain courses, programs, and offerings clearly and persuasively.
• Help the students to enrol in the courses.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and conversions in CRM.
• Resolve queries related to course content, batches, fees, and admissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery of services to enrolled students.
• Ensuring effective utilization of the course in which the student is enrolled.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 2 years to 3 years of experience in tele calling, counseling, or customer service (preferably in the education sector).

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Polite, confident, and result-oriented approach.
• Excellent follow up skills
• Basic knowledge of civil services preparation is a plus.

Familiarity with CRM tools is desirable. Pay: ₹9,663.63 - ₹18,000.00 per month
