Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding Post job openings on job portals and LinkedIn Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports Assist in offer letter preparation and onboarding documentation Support daily operational and administrative activities Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow Maintain employee records and internal trackers Assist in organizing internal events, training sessions, and office activities Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and coordination abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Preferred QualificationBachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in consulting, accounting, or professional services firms will be an added advantage.
