Role Overview: We are seeking serious, sharp, and English-fluent calling executives to work remotely from home in a permanent US night shift. This role involves direct communication with US-based dental offices, training institutes, and other clients, focusing on appointment confirmation, inbound/outbound communication, client follow-up, and accurate data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to US clients and customers.
- Confirm appointments and manage client communications.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather information.
- Accurately enter and update data in company tools (Office 365, CRM, calling tools).
- Adhere to scripts and communication guidelines.
- Participate in live call monitoring and review sessions.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance work performance.
Requirements:
- Excellent Spoken English: Clear, polished, and easy for US customers to understand, with a neutral/western-friendly accent.
- Permanent Night Shift: Comfortable working US business hours from India (approx. 9:30 PM / 10:30 PM IST to 6:30 AM / 7:30 AM IST).
- Work Schedule: 6 days per week, including weekends when required.
- Work-from-Home Setup: Reliable laptop/desktop, stable high-speed internet, headset, quiet dedicated workspace, and power backup.
- Soft Skills: Patience, confidence, discipline, ability to handle feedback constructively, curiosity, and coachability.
- Experience: Prior US calling, BPO, or customer support experience of 1 year is preferred.
- Commitment: Seeking long-term employment, not short-term work.
- Honesty & Reliability: Ability to communicate honestly, avoid excuses, and perform tasks without constant reminders.
What We Offer:
- Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 fixed per month, based on English quality, US calling experience, reliability, and interview performance.
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives and paid overtime.
- Work Arrangement: Permanent Work From Home.
