About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Edit YouTube videos with engaging storytelling, pacing, and smooth transitions.
2. Add captions, sound effects, zooms, motion graphics, and visual enhancements to improve retention.
3. Work closely with the founder to brainstorm content ideas and improve editing quality.
4. Optimize videos for social media platforms with attention to hook, pacing, and audience engagement.
5. Create high-performing YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok videos from long-form content.

Stipend:

INR₹ 2,000 - 8,000 /month

Skills required:

Video Editing, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and Creative Thinking

Other Requirements:

1. Strong portfolio of YouTube videos, Shorts, or Reels (portfolio is mandatory).
2. Passion for content creation, storytelling, and social media.
3. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
4. Experience editing content for creators, startups, or brands is a plus.
5. Basic knowledge of AI editing tools is a bonus but not required.
