Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide career guidance to students on overseas education options, including course selection, university choices, and application procedures.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote educational services and products.
• Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and relationship-building with existing contacts.
• Assist in admission counseling by reviewing student applications, conducting interviews, and making recommendations for acceptance or rejection.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or telesales.
• Strong communication skills for effective phone conversations with clients.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of education counseling principles and practices.
