ECommerce Chat Process

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of prior experience in chat support (mandatory)
• Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (pursuing candidates not eligible)
• Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 rotational week offs
• Shift: Day shift
• Language Requirement: English (mandatory)

ECommerce Voice & Mail Process

• Eligibility: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
• Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate
• Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 rotational week offs
• Shift: Day shift
• Language Requirement: Strong fluency in English and Hindi

Healthcare Voice Process

• Eligibility: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
• Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate
• Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 rotational week offs
• Shift: Rotational Shifts
• Language Requirement: Strong fluency in English and at least one of the following regional languages: Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Assamese, Kannada, Hindi

Age Criteria: Applicants must be between 18 and 32 years of age. Walk- In Location: Tech Mahindra, Electronic City Phase 2, Konappana Agrahara, Bangalore - 560100
