Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong experience in Snowflake (data modeling, ETL/ELT, performance tuning)
- Hands-on experience with DBT (data transformation, models, workflows)
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting (Python/JavaScript)
- Good understanding of data warehousing concepts (ETL, data marts, schemas)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Exposure to data pipelines, Git/version control
- Knowledge of data governance, quality, and security
- Basic understanding of big data tools (Spark/Hadoop) good to have
- Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake data warehouse solutions.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Develop scalable SQL and Python-based data processing solutions.
- Implement DBT models and transformations.
- Ensure data quality, security, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for analytics and data integration requirements.
- Performance tuning and optimization of Snowflake environments.
- 4 to 8 years of relevant IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Snowflake and SQL.
- Good understanding of cloud-based data platforms and ETL concepts.
- Experience with DBT and Python scripting preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
