Eligibility Criteria For Voice/Chat Process:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Good typing speed
• Minimum 9 months of internationa bpo experience is mandatory

Job Responsibilities

• Handle international customer queries via call or chat professionally.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines.
• Document interactions and update systems accordingly.
