Responsibilities

Keep the delivery app updated with real-time order status
Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers
Report issues (wrong address, order damage, delays) promptly through the app
Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point
Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition
Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable
