In the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools related to IT infrastructure
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Required Skill And Experience

Solution Design & Architecture
Develop end-to-end architecture for Zscaler Branch Connector deployments in gateway and non-gateway modes.
Define network segmentation, routing, and policy enforcement strategies aligned with Zero Trust principles.
Implementation & Integration
Lead installation, configuration, and testing of Zscaler Branch Connector hardware (ZT600, ZT800) and software (VMware, KVM)
Integrate with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) for secure traffic forwarding.
Lead technical implementation of Branch Connector hardware appliances and virtual machines
Configure WAN failover, high availability, and policy-based routing.
Security & Compliance
Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards and compliance frameworks.
Implement certificate-based authentication and secure onboarding (ZTP).
Performance Optimization
Fine-tune traffic flows, NAT, DHCP, and inter-VLAN firewalling for optimal performance.
Monitor and troubleshoot connectivity issues using Zscaler dashboards and analytics
Familiarity with firewall policies, CRL/OCSP, and certificate management.
Proficiency in troubleshooting network and security issues in hybrid environments.

Preferred Skill And Experience

Experience with IoT/OT device segmentation and policy enforcement.
Knowledge of cloud security frameworks and integration with Azure/AWS/GCP.
Familiarity with automation tools for SOP fine-tuning and orchestration.

Additional Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
