Job Title: AI/ML Engineer (Generative AI Specialist) Location: (Pan India) Experience: Relevant 4-8 Years Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and passionate AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Generative AI (Gen AI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs), frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph, and advanced knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI agents. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Generative AI technologies and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, CrewAI • Work on projects involving large language models (LLMs), including both Open Source LLMs and Enterprise LLMs like OpenAI. • Develop, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs for NLP tasks such as text summarization, translation, question answering, etc. • Build and integrate RAG pipelines and AI agents for production-ready solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-driven applications. • Manage and version code effectively using Git. • Leverage NoSQL databases for unstructured data handling. • Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML technologies and propose innovative solutions. Required Skills: • Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LangChain, and LangGraph. • Minimum 2 years of experience in Python programming for AI/ML applications. • Working with large language models and NLP pipelines. • NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). • Practical knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI agents. • Experience with both open-source and enterprise-grade LLMs. • Proficiency in software development, debugging, and testing. • Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively. Optional/Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch. • Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or SAP). • Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. • Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML solutions and MLOps workflows.
