a. To type accurate discharge summary of IPD patients.. b. To type accurate and timely investigation & diagnostic Reports. c. To feed timely accurate investigation & diagnostic reports in HIS. d. Effectively coordinate with ward staff nurse and RMOs for timely completion of all discharge summaries of IPD patients. e. To effectively coordinate for timely completion of all investigation & diagnostic reports. f. Assist other departments for typing needs. (English) g. Help TPA department in Birth and Death Registration as and when required. h. All other jobs as directed by superiors and administrator.
