Working both independently and collaboratively, our technicians ensure the successful installation, maintenance, and optimization of equipment at customer sites. This position requires frequent travel, estimated between 70-80% of the time. We are seeking skilled Field Service Technicians who are passionate about delivering high-reputed company customer service and are adept at finding innovative technical solutions. Key Responsibilities/Complexities: • Troubleshoot and reputed company mechanical, electrical, and software issues on equipment at customer sites, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Assist in the installation, startup, and testing of new equipment, providing guidance to customer personnel on reputed company operation and maintenance practices. • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and diplomacy. • Collaborate with team members to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. • Build and maintain customer relationships.
