Fulfillment Associate (ON-SITE) – Las Vegas, NV I I I I I I I
<div>Mom’s Meals, the leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare market, is in hyper-growth mode. The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, and packing a portion of each customer’s order as it passes in front of them in a safe and efficient manner. This position is fast paced and requires the associate to remain in a refrigerated environment for the entirety of the shift.</div> <div> <strong>Hours and Pay</strong></div> <div>1st Shift: Monday – Friday from 6AM to 2PM starting at $17.00/hour</div> <div>2nd shift: Monday – Friday from 2PM to 10PM starting at $18.00/hour</div> <div>3rd shift: Sunday night – Friday morning from 10PM to 6AM at $ 18.50/hour</div> <div>*Please note, the pay for 2nd and 3rd shift includes the shift differential. </div> <div> <strong>Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to</strong></p> <ul class="posting-requirements plain-list"> <ul> <li>Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan appropriately, and pack items to complete your portion of the customer’s order</li> <li>Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards</li> <li>Pay close attention to detail while performing job duties including but not limited to reading labels, selection of product, etc</li> <li>Meet productivity and accuracy standards</li> <li>Produce a quality work output on a consistent basis</li> <li>Move product from one location to another, following food sanitation and safety guidelines</li> <li>Assist with general housekeeping</li> <li>Work is done inside a large warehouse area that is free from outside weather conditions but maintains a temperature between 34-40 degrees (Gloves will be provided)</li> </ul> </ul> </div> <div> <strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p> <ul class="posting-requirements plain-list"> <ul> <li>Must be at least 18 years old</li> <li>Be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours</li> <li>Able to lift/move to 50 lbs occasionally</li> <li>Shifts can include weekends and holidays and/or overtime</li> <li>Have a strong service orientation</li> <li>Be a team player, including the ability to communicate well with others</li> <li>Able to work independently with little supervision</li> <li>Must have basic reading skills</li> <li>Pass a post offer drug screen and background check</li> </ul> </ul> </div> <div> <strong>Preferred Skills & Experience</strong></p> <ul class="posting-requirements plain-list"> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED</li> <li>Previous experience in warehouse distribution, or similar environment</li> </ul> </ul> </div> <div> <strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p> <ul class="posting-requirements plain-list"> <ul> <li>Regularly required to use hands to handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms</li> <li>Frequently is required to stand, talk, and listen</li> <li>Occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouch</li> <li>Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds</li> <li>Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus</li> <li>Able to perform repetitive movements</li> <li>Able to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)</li> </ul> </ul> </div> <div> <strong>Our Team Members Enjoy</strong></p> <ul class="posting-requirements plain-list"> <ul> <li>Free Breakfast & Lunch</li> <li>Weekly pay structure</li> <li>No uniforms, casual dress</li> <li>Eligible for referral bonuses starting day 1</li> <li>PTO accrual starting day 1</li> <li>Employee discounts on major brands</li> <li>Employer-funded holiday savings account</li> <li>401k & Full Benefits package</li> </ul> </ul> </div> <div> <strong>Company Overview</strong></div> <div>Mom’s Meals is a home-delivered meal service providing fully prepared, refrigerated meal solutions direct to homes nationwide for over 25 years.
