Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain course offerings.
Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
Maintain records of interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by effectively communicating course benefits.
Answer queries from prospective students and provide relevant information.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English & Hindi (or regional language).
Ability to convince and build rapport with potential students.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (or willingness to learn).
Self-motivated & goal-oriented attitude.
Previous telecalling or sales experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome.
