1. Conduct 1:1 sessions with users to discuss emotions, life challenges, and personal growth
2. Offer encouragement, perspective, and positive conversation
3. Maintain a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment
4. Ensure all sessions are moderated and 100% secure within the app
