- Sterility testing: Checking final drug batches for hidden germs.
- Bioburden tests: Measuring total germ loads on raw inputs and items.
- Water and utility checks: Sampling pure factory water, steam, and gases.
Facility and Environment Monitoring
- Cleanroom checks: Air sampling and surface testing in production zones.
- Personnel monitoring: Testing operator gown cleanliness and aseptic technique.
- Microbial identification: Naming specific isolated strains and tracking trends.
Compliance and Documentation
- Data logging: Recording accurate test results under strict rules.
- Investigations: Writing reports and fixing root causes when tests fail.
- Audit readiness: Following current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
