Source Home Loan & LAP business through the Open Market channel.
Generate leads via direct sourcing, DSAs, builders, and referrals.
Achieve sales targets and ensure smooth loan processing.
Eligibility:
Experience: 2–6 years in Home Loan/LAP sales (Open Market).
Team Handling: Not required.
Strong sales and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Lead a sales team to drive Home Loan & LAP business through the Open Market channel.
Manage team performance and achieve business targets.

Eligibility:
Experience: 4–8 years in Home Loan/LAP sales.
Team Handling: Mandatory.
