Job Title: Customer Support Executive / Insurance Process Executive About the Role
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with insurance products, policy renewals, and service requests.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and update data in the CRM system.
- Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Minimum Intermediate (10+2) or any Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or insurance.
