Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations.
- Lead and supervise the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth store functioning.
- Handle inventory, stock management, billing, and cash reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
- Drive store performance and achieve business targets.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 25 years of experience in Retail Store Operations.
- Experience as Store Incharge, Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Retail Supervisor, or similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
