Telecaller / Telecalling Executive - B2B SaaS Technology
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to contact prospective and existing customers, explain our products or services, generate qualified leads, and schedule follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve calling and conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products, services, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-up calls.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and customer details in the CRM.
- Follow up with interested prospects to support conversions.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Meet daily calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer-support teams when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company calling guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
- Fresher or previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation.
- Good verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or spreadsheet tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
